good thanks. This is an in joke across a couple of my friendship groups so i thought i would exploit that for the purpose of charity fundraising. 

good thanks is anything you want it to be. For me its the first response when you pick up the phone and speak to my mum. Its the first thing i say when i walk in the door at home. People ask you how you are and you say......good thanks. Maybe it's got a bit more built into it these days for me but its also pretty simple.
